What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up or choose to share it.
- An optional age range for your reader.
- The notes and book ideas you send us.
- An anonymous random browser ID, used only to count hearts so each browser hearts a book once.
- If you buy a Draft Edition: your email, what you bought and the price, so we can deliver it and send your free illustrated edition if the book reaches its goal. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
- If you register a copy bought elsewhere: your email, where you bought it and an optional order number.
- An anonymous count of book page visits (using the same random browser ID) and which link brought you here, so we know which books people are interested in.
Why
To deliver what you buy, to email you about ideas, Draft Editions and printed books you asked about, to improve our books with your notes, and to count hearts fairly.
What we never do
We never sell or share your information.
